Thick Maple Syrup

Shan, sorry it took me almost a whole week to put this on. This is our fav and now I can't make anything else :D

2 Tbsp water
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp maple flavoring

Boil 2 minutes. Thickens as it cools. Makes 1 pint (I usually double it and it fills an old Mrs. Butterworths bottle)
